yoga basicsIf you're trying yoga for the first time or coming back after a break, it's best to start on page 1. That's what the Yoga Basics series is. Page 1. We offer Basics A and Basics B. Each is a four week introductory course designed to help you explore the fundamentals of yoga. You will create a foundation based upon natural breath, primary yoga postures and principles of alignment. Series A and B cover different aspects of the essentials and can be taken in any order or singularly. If you take both, you'll have 8 classes of instruction and feedback to get you started in our regular on-going classes. A new series starts the first Thursday of each month and runs four Thursdays from 5:45-7 pm. Each series is $70 and includes a free drop-in after graduation. Start with one four-week series, and then decide. You're not obligated to do both A and B--you may decide that one series is enough.
